Oldland were especially keen to produce a result today, having seen the away fixture between the two sides end with an abandonment due to floodlight failure. The O's were leading by a Tom Hutton thunderbolt at the time and looking good before the lights went out.
The O's took the lead on forty minutes through top scorer Wayne Pearce but after starting the second half really well, they conceded an early equaliser through a super strike from Danny Baker.
Oldland then counter attacked and hit the woodwork before on the hour, a fine team move involving Mark Leigh and Jerome Ingram set up Pearce for his second of the afternoon.
Pearce then turned provider, setting up strike partner Ingram for the third goal on seventy minutes to seal the O's first win of the 2013/14 campaign.
