A little bit different this week

After what has been a non-stop couple of months for the players since returning to training on Monday 19 June, the first team take a well deserved break this week with no midweek match and a free Saturday too.

If you still need your football fix and don't fancy some of those other grounds round here all is not lost.

On Wednesday, the Under 18s are in FA Youth Cup action away to Cirencester Town. Nearer to home, the Reserves play their first Bristol Premier Combination league fixture at home to Shirehampton Reserves on the same night (7.00 kick off).

In squad news, we understand that Danny Carter will be seeking a return to full match fitness by stepping into the side and possibly Jamie Gregory will be having his first 90 minutes for the club as well.

Please come down and support the club - bar will be open after the game.

No home games this Saturday however, the Reserves are again in leaguie action at De Veys (Norton Lane, Whitchurch 2.30 kick off) and the club will be open again in the usual way afterwards for those who did venture elsewhere. You can also pop down in the nmorning and help with the tidy up.
