He has succesfully located his right foot (yes, Mitch Hodge - he has) and as a result of now being a two-footed player has earned a deserved call-up to the first team squad.

you sign on
you play well
you get selected
you continue playing well
you get promoted

Seriously though, well done Ricky and a good example for other players. You are now entitled to eat at the 'top table' (even though it took you 8 months to pay back the £10 for last season's reserve team booking!)
