After last Tuesday's fogged off fixture at Portishead, Oldland made three changes to the side that had lost to Bishops Lydeard three days before. Mike Bristow and Cash Vinall dropped out and Gary Shorney moved onto the bench with Ali Bamford returning from suspension along with Lewis Parker and Jason Side.
The first half only saw one goal and that came in the 43rd minute. Callum Ham drove in a corner and Mark Armstrong headed into the net for a goal just at the right time.
After the break, it took Oldland till the 72nd minute to level the score before they then added a second five minutes later. On both occasions, it was Tom Morgan who netted; the first was a lovely chip over the keeper from a through ball and the second followed a quality build up.
Oldland's lead was to last just two minutes though as George Booth scored on eighty minutes. Worse was to follow though as in the dying moments, Tom Manning flicked on for Ricky Bennett to fire home the late winner.
This week, Oldland's punishing Saturday/midweek schedule continues with a trip to Warminster Town on Wednesday night, kickoff at 7.45pm.
