The O's went into the match with a new keeper between the sticks, Craig Beavis coming in for his debut with Josh Dempsey unavailable. There were three other changes with Gary Shorney, Ryan Madge and Ashley Bernard coming in for Ryan Dunn, Joel Hartley and Luke Bryan.
Oldland got off to a great start on ten minutes through a Gary Shorney goal but Otis Young levelled for Westbury five minutes later. Oldland then hit their Wiltshire visitors with a double whammy around the half hour mark. First, Shorney won the ball in midfield to set up Tom Morgan for 2-1 then he added his second, and Oldland's third, straight afterwards. Shorney then spurned an opportunity to grab a first half hat trick when he lifted a shot over the bar and Morgan hit a free kick over too as Oldland closed the half on top.
After the break, Morgan's header was well saved by the Westbury keeper but the visitors kept plugging away and went close with a chance that they should really have scored to make it 3-2. Tom Welling earned a second yellow, and red, on 73 minutes by referee Greg Wentland before Morgan fell foul of a assistant's flag on 81 minutes, having "scored" his second. He wasn't to be denied for long though and on 83 minutes, he scored Oldland's fourth.
Late on, Westbury hit the crossbar from distance but it was too little, too late and Oldland will go into Wednesday's local derby v Keynsham with more heart after this victory.
