Jordan Richards headed home on the half hour to give the O’s the lead but prolific striker Oliver Trevarthen netted for the 35th time this season to level matters. Oldland then went ahead for the second time on the hour through Jack Parker before an own goal squared things up again.
Twelve minutes from time, James Griffiths grabbed the winner for the visitors who also saw a penalty saved by O’s stand-in keeper Scott Robson, his second spot kick save inside four days. Robson also made several good saves to aid some shaky home defending.
