Oldland got off to the best possible start as they took the lead on nine minutes. Danny Carter was played in down the left and set up Tom Morgan who cut back before rifling past the keeper and into the far corner.
On 25 minutes, the O's went further ahead with a superb strike. This time it was Morgan setting up Danny Carter and the striker cut inside and unleashed a shot that flew into the top corner.
If the second goal was down to individual brilliance, the third owed a lot to teamwork and skill. The ball came out of defence and found Carter in the right channel. He chipped over the left back for Morgan to run on to and his first time cross was met by Connor Davies to finish from close range.
After a half time roasting from the visitors, they came out with more energy and drive in the second period but O's had chances of their own to stretch their lead, notably Josh Williams who fired over, and both Morgan and Ryan Dunn saw shots blocked. The goal when it came was a soft one with Winterbourne winning a penalty after an attacker was fouled, the spot kick being successfully converted.
Davies and Ali Bamford went very close late on but as the game ended, the O's could be satisfied to end their three game run against higher division sides with two wins and a draw. A special mention should be made today of Ross Jones, the 16-year-old keeper equipping himself well on his first team debut, with a steady, competent display and only being beaten by a penalty.
