Newly reformed after missing out on a year group, the Under 18s returned with effect from the 2023/24 season managed by Dave Griffin the squad combined existing lads, his former Longwell Green under 16s and some fresh faces be competing in the Western Counties Floodlit League.

With his age group progressed into adult football Dave has now stood aside to concentrate on his other role as manager of our reserves. From season 2026/27 onwards the Under 18s are managed by Nick Hammond who is the current chairman of Bristol Rovers Supporters Club Girls and a past manager of Made For Ever Under 18s. In his most recent roles Nick has just ended his stint bringing Winterbourne Under 16s to the end of junior football after a number of years in the Avon Youth league. Nicked is assisted by Greg Rocke and Andy King as coaches, their knowledge and experience within the grassroots game bringing significant value to the team and also enhances the wider clubs coaching set up.
