Applicants for this position will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check through the FA, as well as attend two workshops (Welfare Officer workshop and Safeguarding Children) run by the County FA. They will also be required to complete an online 'Safeguarding for Committee Members' course.
Upon successful completion, the individual will be the primary contact for coaches, parents and players of the youth teams and liaise with the Club Welfare Officer and Club Secretary to ensure that anyone with an active role in running the teams has the relevant qualifications and DBS checks in place.
