Reserves Abandoned Last Night

The Reserves were playing Iron Acton at home last tonight, 7pm kick off and the Referee asked for the lights to be turned on for the second half.

Unfortuntely, they wouldn't come on!

Apparently there was an issue on Monday at the 18s game as well when they took a while to engage, last nigth the trip switch kept cutting across every time the lights were attempted. The official was forced to abandon the game after 60 minutes with the scores equal - Louis Rostron having opened with his second goal in two starts and Jason Worlock equalisign after the O's conceded two.

Bob the Builder has been consulted - hopefully all sorted for the 1st league game next Wednesday 30 August against Ashton & Backwell
