New look O's on show

Oldland play their first home league game of the season tonight and are hoping that a large crowd brave the weather. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible to see if the opening win and performance from last weekend can be repeated.

The Toolstation League Division One fixture against Wells City kicks off at 7.45pm but the club and bar will be open from 6.00pm.

That's not the end of the weekend action either as the Reserves have a home friendly on Saturday (2.30pm) where most of the first team squad will be present and available for autographs. alright then you can buy them a pint if you don't want an autograph..........

Also starting this weekend for a trial period the club bar will be open on Sundays for a trial period of 3-4 weeks. With no weekend game this time the first Sunday will be limited to 10.00 to approximately 2.00 with tea/coffee, etc as well as full bar service available for junior parents and supporters or anyone else passing by. In future weeks the plan is to open from 10.00 to 7.00 to coincide with the Sunday afternoon matches at the club - this is in response to a number of requests.

The bar will be open, the TV and the Jukebox will be on what's not to like?

Let's use the club and bar as a central base and make the most of it, plenty of other clubs would love to have our facilities. We aim to attract more bodies and make more use of the place this season with your help we can do it.
