Armstrong strengthens squad

We are delighted to announce some new arrivals at the club ahead of this weekend's games.

Former Paulton Rovers and Mangotsfield United player Adam Mahmood has joined us and goes straight into today's squad against Almondsbury. He is joined by former Longlevens players Dan Solomon who hopes to complete his transfer later today.

Manager Scott Armstrong, who became a father for a third time earlier this week said "We have had various players unavailable for different reasons in recent weeks and have to be ready to cope with the numerous midweek games coming up. These two lads will add strength and balance to the squad."

These lads are very welcome and join a number of fresh faces to Andy Weeks/Dean Winstone's reserves in the past week or so too as Liam Crew and Elliot Britton have signed along with more of our under 18s who are now ready to progress to adult football.

Going in the other direction is Shomari Sengor who has decided to accept an approach from Gloucester County League side Lebeq United.
