The competition known as the Les Phillips cup has seen us enter the competition in the preliminary round. Oldland Abbotonians have been drawn away at Chipping Sodbury Town FC. The tie will take place on the 25th September with a 19:30pm kick off.

All clubs are reminded of the new competition rule for the preliminary round that will happen in next seasons competition for 2019/20, using the places at the end of this season (2018/19).

In the event that a Preliminary Round is necessary, the total number of teams needed to compete in this round shall be calculated and divided equally between teams finishing the previous league season in the bottom positions of the league in both the Premier Division and First Division. Any team joining the League at the commencement of the season shall be included in this round and the number of existing teams required reduced accordingly. In the event that an odd number of teams are required then the extra number shall be taken from the First Division.
