We wish to announce that 28 year-old defender Jordan Greenwood has agreed terms with fellow Toolstation league One side Roman Glass St George and will be joining them shortly.

Jordan joined us from Yate Town a few seasons ago and was popular with team-mates and supporters from day one. He missed most of last season through injury and suspensions and has been coming back into it this year. Manager Scott Armstrong thanked Jordan for his efforts in the past, commenting “I’ve had a number of discussions with him over the past few weeks and it was obvious that Jordan was missing his mates and not really enjoying his Saturdays. Unfortunately we’re not in a position to offer him what Roman Glass can and he has decided that he wishes to join them, so after discussions with the Chairman I have waived the customary seven day notice to allow him to move on with our best wishes. We would all like to thank Jordan for his efforts and commitment in his time with the club.”

The club echoes that and we wish him well, it looks like Tom will be putting away the post-match paddling pool and someone else will now have to fill the skinny jeans and white trainers mantle for Tracie!
