Trio Agree to Sign for the 2017/18 season

Trio Agree to Sign for the Club for 2017/18 season

Not to be outdone by Everton's transfer market frenzy, the club have this afternoon secured three new signings, all of whom featured in yesterday's game against Shaftesbury.

Shomari Sengor (Pictured in Yellow) has joined the club. An experienced midfielder he featured for Toolstation Premier Division Hallen in 2016/17 season as well as Bishop Sutton. Shomari, known as 'Sham' previous clubs also include Hellenic Division One West side Tytherington Rocks FC along with a brief spell at fellow Toolstation League side Radstock Town.

25 year old towering centre half Scott Gregory has also signed for the club. Scott is a typical centre half who loves a tackle and competing in the air. Scott has featured previously for Premier division side Bitton, Welton Rovers and Somerset County Premier Division side Fry Club FC.

Finally, left footed Midfielder Reece John agrees to sign for the club. Reece can play in midfield or in defence offering the club different options. Reece was part of the Odd Down side which won the Toolstation Western League Premier Division in 2015/16 season but he unfortunately suffered a broken ankle which curtailed his season. Upon recovery Reece joined Somerset County Premier Division side Clutton FC then returned to the Western League last season and appeared 43 times for Bishop Sutton in all competitions. He has also appeared for Hengrove Athletic and Ashton and Backwell FC.

Which is also now a timely reminder that we still need more player kit sponsors. For £50 you can secure a programme and website acknowledgement and (if you really want one) a photo with the player.
